The Barnwood used on this show stopping 6-Foot Tall Bookshelf hailed from a late 1800’s barn. Hand forged nails with rectangular heads were pulled from these beauties. Extra care was taken during sanding to preserve the patina of the wood’s grain and circle saw marks. The interior birch was stained dark while the Barnwood was clear coated to showcase its natural beauty.
